Lightweight and flexible with perfect fit.

Love these elbow pads for mountain biking. They are lightweight and flexible so they don't get in the way while you ride. It was worth measuring bicep and lower arm circumferences because the sizing chart was right on.

I've tried a lot of pads in my mountain biking and the g-form are my favorite knee and elbow pads. For the elbows they stay in place and have good coverage. Have not taken any direct hits on the elbows with these yet but I have on the knees and they work. Definitely a little warm but you get used to it once you're riding and warmed up. I wear these on most trail rides... 2-4 hours.
