Garneau Radius 2 Women's Short: Dark Night MD

I REALLY wanted to like the 2nd generation of the Radius shorts but the cut has significantly changed. The Radius 2 shorts are longer and slimmer and not as comfortable or forgiving as the original version. I am 5'10 and of average weight for my height and have a bit of an athletic build. These were TIGHT around my tummy and hips - just where you need some forgiveness when in a biking position. They are definitely Garneau quality - well constructed and feature rich but I had to send 'em back because there was just no way I could ride with them. Bummer.
