Love Hope stuff! This is a really nice adapter. I used this one for my Fox 36 that has a 180 post mount so I could run a 203 rotor. This adapter is a little bit nicer than its Shimano counterpart as it uses a separate set of bolts to mount the adapter vs the Shimano that just uses extra long bolts to mount the adapter and caliper together. Those extra long bolts invite some additional force against the threads in the lower leg casting. I'm not an engineer and that probably isn't an issue. But I like the piece of mind I get with this adapter.;

Does what it's supposed to. Mine came with screws and my only complaint is that I wished it had a few more screw and different sizes. It did however place the caliper at the perfect height for this odd sized rotor.;
