Not that good at cutting inner gear cables compared to the Park Tool cable cutter.

But does a grand job on the crimping of a gear cable very professional job doing that. That's all I use it for just for the crimping of gear cables or dropper post cables.;

I had some difficulty getting the brake cable ferrule into the crimper hole of the pliers due to the larger diameter of the brake cable ferrule.It does make a beautiful and strong crimp though.;
