One of my stock magura screws got stripped to the point where I had to drill it out then use a dental tool to fully clear the debris. These replacements are still plastic and fragile but have a bit more of a lip than the original to help dissuade from overtightening. After replacing the stripped one I also swapped the other side too. But beware if you do that you may need to bleed the brakes.;
