Why is a 2.3 listed as a 2.4? This is supposed to be a direct replacement to the OEM tires that Maxis provides yet are thinner. I won't return them since they will do me fine this season but you should really correct this.
Other than that this tire has incredible grip and lasted me about a season and a half of rough abusive riding carrying my fat ass around the trails.;

A little heavy for my trail use but Ive never had a ripped tire grips like mad and wears pretty well. I cannot believe how expensive bike tires can be but Maxxis Minions never disappoint.;

Great Tires if you are willing to pay a bit to much for them. Delivery was very fast great service!! made the same type of purchase through trek online same day and a week after Amazon delivered I am still waiting on trek.;

I've found the DHRII holds traction really well on loose dry and hard pack surfaces. Definitely do not use on wet and muddy trails beccaus they don't shed at all.;
