After frequent punctures (20" Schwalbe Shreddas with tubes) I tried this- if a slow puncture does occur then all that is needed is a quick pressure top-up and then the repair seems permanent! A huge improvement on Hertfordshire lanes. Note- the quickest way to get going again is to use a single CO2 cartridge.;

I've used a few different sealants in my life starting with Slime when it was one of the only available (worked pretty well) Stan's (works well) Bontrager (terrible - doesn't work) and Orange Seal. For me Orange Seal works the very best. The other day I rode over a stick that poked through my tire. I pulled it out and as the hissing began immediately started riding again. Orange Seal sealed the hole and when I got home and checked the pressure before pumping the tire back up I was amazed to find it had only lost two psi! I recommend Orange Seal.
