Profile Design Ultra FR Handlebar: 25.4mm Bar Clamp 40mm Rise 650mm Wide Black

I like the bars just the right amount of sweep and rise. The bars fit as described. 3/4" diameter with a 1" clamp diameter. Flat black with a nice texture. I am not sure of the type of finish the ad description might say. It seems like the finish is paint as opposed to powdercoat. The latter holds up much better. In which case it will probably not stand up to much abuse. If you don't drop the bike too much or hit the bars with hard or sharp objects then they should hold up nicely. If you're a crazy BMXer then I would look for a powdercoated pair.
For the bike I put them on I was looking for that Urban Fixie/Single speed look so I needed a little narrower bar. I ended up cutting off 3" from each side and I finished them off with a pair of tan/natural grips. Looks sharp!;

Swapped the original bars on my mountain bike for these to get a bit more rise for a more comfortable riding position. They worked great!;

The 40 mm handle bar arrived in perfect condition. The slight rise in the bar was exactly what I needed to shorten my reach and eliminate the tingling in my wrist during long rides.;

Not a bad bar for the price. Has a bit of rise without being unsightly or awkward. Needed the extra few inches from flat bars and this works. Not as sexy or as light as my Easton EA50 monkey bars but only a few ounces heavier and this does the job.;
