Can't go wrong with Ritchey quality. Not the highest stem in their lineup but, plenty good for most everyone. Add some nice rainbow Ti bolts if you want to make it lighter. Looks nice. Didn't have any trouble with the bolts stripping. Use a torque wrench!;
