it's a spring and it was the lowest delivered price i could find. These are heavy obviously and that adds a fiver or so at some shops. finish is a kind of matte grey which is unusual most OEM are gloss black? makes no difference to function.

sometimes you can get away with a shorter spring than they say which saves weight and is easier to fit. measure the gaps between coils add them up and work out yourself if there's enough travel.;
