Excellent upgrade for my 2014 Trek X-Caliber 8 for about the same price as a new coil spring would have cost. Originally 100 mm travel the new 120 mm travel slackens the head angle by 0.9 degree. Additional useful items:
RockShox High-Pressure Shock Pump (300 psi max)
RockShox Suspension Oil 15wt 120ml Bottle

Installation of the air spring is easier if you remove the fork from the bike. You might as well clean and re-grease your headtube bearings.
White Lightning Crystal Grease Biodegradable Non-Toxic Grease Tube Tub (3.5-Ounce);

I had the local bike shop install this in my 2012 Scott Sparc 70; which has the Rock Shox XC 32 TK Lockout 120mm (spring coil suspension). The local bike shop charged ~$65 to swap out the shock and it took them about a day. Between this part and the labor I'm getting REBA performance for hundreds less that a front fork replacement.

Rock Shox makes several different springs for their spring suspension forks. Your local bike shop is unlikely to know which spring is in your bike. So the spring your using might not be the right one for your weight. Even if the spring is the right one for your weight the weight range is so large you're not going to get as good a match as you would with an air shock.

The difference in performance over my old spring is noticeable and certainly worth the cost of upgrading.;
