I had my doubts. I was getting a puncture pretty much every other day on my commute to work and back (11 miles each way through a busy city and down some A roads). Bought these as sick of trying to fix punctures at the road side after a night shift. Not had a single puncture yet!! Probably tempting fate here but gotta say I am impressed. I’m no performance athlete I only do the commute but there’s no noticeable difference in performance in fact I have recorded my fastest time using these. Perhaps there’s a little extra firmness but barely noticeable and could just be because my tyres weren’t deflating all thw damn time like they used to!
Fitting them is a bit of a graft it’s true but not impossible. Some good tips on youtube helped me and I managed it without tyre levers. Would 100% recommend;

And the still look and feel new!!! These tires are excellent! I ride a Trek Crossrip gravel bike with a rear trunk on road and gravel almost daily. I was wearing out rear tires because of the weight rapidly and had many flats. Final straw was a 107 mile ride in the Keys and getting 3 chunks of glass in the rear on Seven mile bridge. I had enough. I found these and yes they are thick and heavy but damn are they durable!! After 6 months not a single flat almost no wear on the rear and more than 2500 logged road and gravel miles! I have them maxed at 85psi on the road. They have great roll. I drop them to 50psi on gravel and the grip is nice. I can't say enough on how durable these tires have been for me. Excellent buy!;
