The 1.85mm spacer works nicely for putting a ten speed cassette on a eleven speed hub. In my case the additional 1.0 mm spacer wasn't required. The wheel is right between the chain stays;

Does what it says on the tin... 1.85mm cassette spacer.

You’ll want one of these if you want to put an XD cassette on an XDR driver.

(Besides the obvious original use as a HG cassette spacer);
