Great stopping power with out locking out the wheels.;

Arrived in pieces, not bled. Cost more for LBS to install. Resin pads are dangerous, replace immediately with metallic.;

Great Shimano brakes. These are updated from the 8000s, which eliminates the floating bite point issue. The new mount is nice, and firms up the brake lever when you pull hard on them. The brakes feel great, and easily surpass the stopping power of my older XT 785s. The brakes installed easily, and has the typical easy Shimano brake bleed process to remove any latent air bubbles. Used the push/pull bleed process, and had no air in the system. Have a little over 200 miles on them now, and am really happy. Will report back if any issues crop up.;
