great product

This shimano 160/140 flat mount was exactly as seen on the product picture.
the description very accurately makes no mention of any hardware included.
to be able to install it, you will need to already have the 2 specific shimano screws that attach the calipers to the adapter. These screws have a specific head, I wasn't able to get them individually and had to buy another adapter somewhere else that came with the special screws.

if you install a shimano caliper, it might come with its own hardware and in that case you'd be fine.
if, like me you install a TRP caliper, it doesn't come with the screws, and you'll feel like writing a good review.;
