Shimano Tourney FC-A070 Crankset 170mm 7/8-Speed 50/34t Riveted

This is a perfect example of why you don't necessarily need to spend $100+ for a decent crankset. It's good material the teeth are solid the whole piece is nice and true. I'm very happy with it.;

I was really surprised how easy & effective it was to replace my ~ 1995 year Shimano 600 (ultegra) 53-42 teeth crank with its square tapered bottom bracket with this 50-34 teeth crank. The whole process took less than an hour plus some additional time adjusting the front deraileur. The parktool.com fixit videos were very helpful. Shifts very smoothly. My 74-year not-as-good-as-they used-to-be-hill-climbing-legs are very happy with the results;

The crank "set" is great. Why the "set" doesn't come with two inexpensive and necessary bolts it's either shady or stupid. Neither one is a good look;

This product is perfect fit for ny 29inch walmart ironhorse bike. Original it had 42 high gear teeth. This was great for 50. I couldnt find anything bigger for more speed bit this goes great. It is hard with head wind in high gear but cruising easy slow over 20 mph slow is easy.;

plastic cover makes it look bulky. i took it off. also "w/CG" "aka the lip around the gears to keep yo panties from snaggin.;
