SRAM Red Bar Tape - White

This is a very good tape thick comfortable and flexible enough for wrapping tight bends. It's not as good as the original Sran Red tapes from 10 years ago but close.

However my package only had one bar plug included! Was too far into project to return.;

I had this tape recently installed by my LBS and it really looks great easy to clean with dishwasher paste and I can say the shock absorption capabilities are excellent.
I usually ride with gloves but I decided to try this morning without the gloves and I did not feel any difference. My white Ridley Fenix Sram Force 2015 Road Bike improved it looks by me swapping the stock black carbon tape for this one.
Don't spend an extra money buying the Lizard Skin this one is better and shipper.;

This is my all-time favorite tape. However the quality is top-notch.

Pros:

Feels great on your hands and has good cushion without feeling bulky.

The grip is outstanding. It's the best thing about it. Even on sweaty 95 degree Georgia days or in the rain I have the utmost confidence that my hands are not going to slip.

Looks great. Seriously. I get compliments on my tape fairly often.

Cons:

It's expensive. Not as expensive as the Lizard Skin tape but more expensive than other SRAM tapes and most cork offerings.

The white gets dirty fast. It cleans easily with a little bit of diluted Simple Green but it's annoying. That said pretty much all white tape gets dirty.;

I love the feel of this tape. Soft supple and spongy. If you don't wear gloves you'll appreciate it even more. The only issues I have are that the tape wears quite fast and rips pretty easy. Plan on replacing every year or so of steady riding.;
