Stan's NoTubes Alloy Valve Stems - 35mm, Pair, Black

In converting a DT Swiss wheel set to tubeless I was using DT Swiss stems.
I nearly got stranded on longer gravel rides a couple of times with a leak at the valve stem. This is the kiss of death for a tubeless setup. I nursed her home each time and went back to the drawing board. I finally realized that it was the stem and not the tape job sealant etc. I ordered these Stans stems and no more issues in ~300 or so miles so far.;

I bought them all so you don’t have to. The Stan’s Aluminum valves are the lightest of them all. I liked that they come in a short 35mm size which I think is ideal for most mtb rims.
The inner diameter is a bit narrow and is not compatible with KOM type sealant injector (with a long tube).
I also wished more valves manufacturers would put groves at the bottom to avoid sealing shut against tire inserts (peatys and cushcore make valves with groves). The Stan’s valve won’t work well with tire inserts.;
