Tektro 855AL Linear Pull Brake Front or Rear, Black

A replacement linear pull/v-brake for my SE Bikes Big Flyer 29" and it got the job done. Not high-end but not bottom-basement either. They look good and work well enough. Definitely worth it for it's price point.;

This brake was easy to install and adjust. It would have helped if it came with instructions, but I was able to figure it out without needing to look it up on YouTube. The key was noticing that there are small “pins” that can be fitted into different holes on your bike to adjust the initial spring force of the brake, rather than relying entirely on the adjustment screws.;

These are the same exact brakes thet use on a SE Big Flyer and the same exact ones that came on my Gary Fisher Wahoo mountain bike I'd give these a five out of five star and would highly recommend you to my friends and family they are a great set of v brakes and stop me with little effort I'm a big guy 285 lb;

This brake is a high quality system. Installation was a breeze. I'm glad I kept the bolts from the original pair as the two bolts that came with the new brake were too long for my Specialized frame. Very happy with my purchase.;
