Plastic zip ties not strong enough to keep bikes on the rack if anything goes wrong. Lost one on I-10 today. Definitely stay away from this product if you are going to be on the highway. The bike rack was in the receiver of the a car being towed by and RV. The car was on a dolly. The car swayed back and forth during a traffic pattern change for construction and the bike came off.
The other issue with is rack is the lock cable. It is pretty much useless because it is anchored by a small piece of plastic. Otherwise this is a nice bike rack that folds down easily for access to the car. It is a bit heavy.;

This bike rack is very easy to install.
While on the road this rack causes no road noise.
The rack sits on the back of the car snug and secure once installed.
This is a great bike rack for anyone who loves taking their bike out.;

Other bike racks require extenders to fit over the tire on my 2020 Land Rover defender. This fits perfectly. Like so perfect that with the ski rack on I can’t tilt it down to open the back and then expect it to snap back up. I have to take the bike rack off of the hitch once it’s been tilted then return it to 90 degrees then replace it. Barely fits.;
