Undeniably bear trap shin slicers! Love these designs and styles since I was a kid. These are definitely not good to go out of the box as the spindles had zero grease and the pedals sounded like a bag of glass when spun. A little elbow grease (and red tacky grease) and we are up and running. Still a deal compared to name brand units;

Easy to install. Great construction and durability. My ebike pebals broke and I couldn't get the make or Walmart to warranty them. I have never broke a pedal tell then. So I replaced them with these for now and they are great. They do bend like the plastic one do. I can stand up without worrying they will break like my ebike pedals did. I weigh 230 and they hold me with ease. I tried other
pedals made of plastic and they would hold me but you could see them bend a little. The metal spikes on the pedals have not damaged my shoes or me. One pedal was a not as shiny as the other. But it still works. They strong pedals for a cheap price. An they are no to much heavier then the plastic ones. They screwed on easy and stayed tight.;

Sick pedals. Great grip on my OM. Only wear vans or other soft gum soles so the teeth can dig in. Watch your shins!;

These are way cheaper than the MKS equivalent. I've never seen the MKS ones in real life but I imagine the fit and finish to be way better than the VP components.

It has allen heads to help you attach your pedals to your bike.

My two big complaints are the reflector mounting panel (I wish it wasn't there) and the tightness of the spindle bolt. The pedal turned but the bearings were binding. You have detach the outer teeth. Remove the plastic dust cap and loosen the spindle bolt a smidge.;
