I bought this by number alone without having the part in hand (bike was at a shop). This is missing a third hole that's on my original dropout which is used for mounting fenders. Luckily my bike has another mounting point so it could still be used.

Cheaper and faster than ordering from my local shop. Price not a big deal but was quite happy to have a working bike again in two days rather than ten.;
