Specifications

Wolf Tooth ReMote Light Action has a longer lever arm than the standard ReMote and is optimal for dropper posts with a harder pull or for riders that just prefer a really light actuation feel. It reduces the force to actuate a dropper by nearly a third of the standard ReMote. Based on rider feedback and tailored to work with some posts' stiffer internal springs, the ReMote Light Action is also the choice of those with thumb injuries or reduced hand strength.

  • Upfront cable fixing
  • Large diameter ball bearing
  • Cable-kind clamp
  • Low-profile, light action
  • Integrated cable adjust
  • Breakaway axle pivot
  • High-traction lever
  • Broad compatibility

Dropper lever itself works great. EV mounting hardware is not very robust. The dropper I received I spec EV mounting hardware stripped as I was just starting to tighten the screw. Requested a return and new Lever. When comparing the replacement with the originalÔøΩ.I believe I was sent a used lever that was already stripped. Regardless the threads are very fine and the screw could be longer to engage more threadsÔøΩwhich should help prevent stripping. Took some care installing the second lever. Key to installing it is to add a bit more blue threadlock and make sure not to over torque. With additional threadlock It installed nice and secure. Just not sure if in a crash will the ev mounting hardware strip before the breakaway axle pivot does.;

The picture on Amazon clearly shows hardware to attach to an xtr lever but part arrives with non. Now I have to go scramble around in the LBS to find the parts. I bought this one because I needed the hardware as a tiny little crash caused the hardware to strip. The previous nut was stripped by a mechanic. Was actually hoping that a new one would have this problem resolved but canÔøΩt even find out. Will returnÔøΩ;

Simple install for IS-EV on shimano XT 8120 brake on my yeti. Just unbolted old dropper lever unclamped the shimano brake lever added in the EV nut closed up the brake lever clamp and then screwed in the wolf tooth lever then removed and ran the cable from old dropper lever. Really glad I went with LA version for my fox transfer post. Nice and smooth.;
