Better quality oil seal rings than the Pushed version which is just Styrofoam.;

You're clearly meant to know what to do with all the bits as there are no instructions. There was no obvious place for the two thin washers and O rings on my Trace fork but otherwise worked like it should. The foam rings swell a lot when soaked with oil which makes them tricky to insert without a kink. Next time I'll insert them dry and oil them once they're in the lowers.;
