The pouch fits snug on the top rail of the bike (I did have to trim the Velcro for a better and tighter fit). For context it can fit 3 full packages of Clif Blok energy chews. Plenty of room for energy storage during a ride.;

I've ridden with this bag for 2 months now and really like it. It's compact flows with the bike frame kind of hidden so it's not an eye sore. I can easily store 2 power bars several tire levers patch kit and tissues. Zipper handle tugs into a cover which keeps it from flopping around - nicely done XLab.
The only thing: My skinny right thigh would occasionally rub slightly against the bag when sprinting off the saddle not an issue for me but might be problem for riders with bigger thighs and do a lot of sprinting off the saddle. Overall I highly recommend this product.;

I put in a 17 tool bike multi-tool a CO2 cartridge CO2 inflator chuck and a tire repair kit/tool and there is still some extra room for a protein bar or something else.;
