It's the only quality 17 degree 70mm stem I could find so I bought it. It's damn near perfect but there are some minor machining flaws near the screws where it attaches to the stem. Just small crescents I think they're just machine marks. It is sort of heavy for what it is the cheap one I had prior was much lighter. All in all I'm happy with it I wanted a part I could trust not to break on me and I don't think this ever will.
